So, tonight was productive. Several of my neighbors, concerned about the decline of our neighborhood decided to confront the HOA to discuss several grievances, including the dissolution of our previous HOA, the hiring of an "aggressive" towing company that tows vehicles legally parked in front of their owners' homes, and the neglect in the upkeep of the common areas of our community, as well as what is happening with our exorbitant and rising HOA fees.
This webpage is my first contribution to the effort to get rid of Avro, LLC and take our community back.
I concur. I had my car towed twice, while other cars illegally parked had the towing company pass them right by. Each time my car was less than 2 inches off the "white pad". The first time I had the car towed I had just moved in a week prior...so that was a "welcome to the neighborhood." The second time, I had all the windows open and just pulled up to walk through the house to the garage to open the garage from the inside...a less than 2 minute walk...and when I opened the garage door, it was already on the tow truck! I believe I would call this "stalking" and "predatory". Lastly, I have found the responsiveness of the office staff of AFRO LLC less than timely and professional.
